The region has undergone a renaissance due to government spending on its infrastructure such as roads, dams and airport. This, in turn, has encouraged the tourist industry to invest heavily in the area and the population has risen to about 40,000.

Great plans for sure. Cyprus has always been a great tourist destination and if the goverment can create a clean developement program that takes care of environmental concerns then that would be a boon to this region’s economic status.

Cyprus is a wonderful place all over and there are many beautiful places one can opt to buy a property. It really depends on what kind of area one would like to live in. Those who would like a place closer to the heart of the city would choose accordingly and so on and so forth. Yep Payment terms is also a major factor no doubt.
